On Wednesday, my CRV's battery unexpectedly died on my at the grocery store when it was not that old and did not have a reason. I called service and got Heather who helped verify the issue. A nice couple had the grocery store when it was not that old and did not have a reason. I called service and got Heather who helped verify the issue. A nice couple had a portable car starter and got the car going. Once I got to Lou Sobh, the employees helped get things checked out and fixed quickly so I could make it to an appointment. That same day, my civic's battery died. This has never happened like this! I called service again because the alarm would go off when I would try to connect the cables. John G was able to figure out the problem(2009 civic need the key to unlock the door manually to turn off) after talking to a tech. He and the others helped fix the issues quickly again. They made a stressful situation easier to deal with! More
