Excellent Service and Experience for My First Time! This was my first time being in a dealership for myself. This team's service, professionalism and expertise topped everything thereby erasing all of those horrible potentialities. My experience began with Nicole Fisher who spoke to me via text with patience and excellence while directing me all the way with directions and all the way to the dealership. My sales representative, John Lipe, was wonderful. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient and one that I will refer to friends and family alike. I am a stickler for looking people in the eye while talking to them. This guy looked me straight in the eye about every detail of my deal including our humorous interchanges. To me, personally, that is comforting. To top all that great service off so far, the finance manager, Ryan Ganser, came in and closed the deal with ease and patience.
