Mr. Diaz was made aware of my schedule and his performance was so prompt and informative to whereas I still had time to grab lunch before work. Mr. Diaz explained every single detail thoroughly and got me a vehicle under the original monthly payment I had in mind. Mr. Diaz made sure that I was very comfortable and I must say this was the very first time I've NEVER felt overwhelmed at a car dealership. Mr. Diaz and the finance department went above and beyond what was required of them from me. I would not only recommend family and friends to south oak dodge, I would definitely recommend them to see Mr. Diaz and Mr. Ryan Gasner who works in the finance department and assisted with the transaction. A great experience at South Oak I bought a 2016 Dodge Charger RT from South Oak. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with purchasing a vehicle. David Demro did an excellent job making sure he answered all my questions during my purchase. He was not pushy and really wanted to take time and verify everything throughout the buying process. I already take my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 for maintenance so I kind of felt like it was easy to walk in but David's customer support and humble mentality really made it a wonderful experience. As we were talking final pricing, we didn't have any grudges or gripes. He understood where I wanted to be and also understood I didn't need a new vehicle I wanted one. They were also very supportive of my military background and appreciated my commitment as well. I would recommend South Oak to any of my friends and family. More

They helped me get my dream car! After well over a year of searching and planning for a Challenger SRT Hellcat, South Oak was the place where it all came to an end. I never, ever will pay a dealer mark-up on any car (ADM). Every other CDJ dealer in the area was selling Hellcats for $5,000 over MSRP or more. Not South Oak; they had the Challenger I wanted, in the color I wanted with the options I wanted, on the showroom floor, for MSRP. Let me just say, the deal I got was very satisfactory. My journey began with a greeting by Shannon Guest, who then introduced me to Jesus (Zeus) Moldanado. I had a complicated deal with my trade, but they made it happen. Ryan in finance is an awesome guy; I promised him a ride in the Hellcat and I intend on making good on that promise soon. Look folks, this is a good place. It was my first time there to buy my 20th Chrysler product. Even though it is a long drive for me (45 miles) to get there, I will consider them first for my next new or used car. More
