Owning a Laredo before I knew I like the Jeep brand. I went for a loaded Cherokee. Shannon Guest helped me and made this experience the easiest and most painless ever in buying a car. Finance department plays games with numbers, bring a calcula I purchased a vehicle three days ago, was offered an extended warranty at 10.50 per month, was told they can roll it into the loan, they sure did and I purchased a vehicle three days ago, was offered an extended warranty at 10.50 per month, was told they can roll it into the loan, they sure did and more than doubled the cost - i tried calling to discuss it and they have avoided my calls. Pretty ignorant, time to go there and make sure my complaint is heard not only by the managers but any customers there as well. I wonder if AllState knows the games they play with the sale of their warranties. . . I will be notifying them as well as the Better Business Bureau. More
