Originally from Asheville, NC, I grew up around cars, motorcycles, and classic British cars. As my mom used to say, I've never met a stranger so I get along with everyone. I offer my guests a low pressure, educational and fun experience along with great customer service both during and after the sale. I enjoy helping people,and love seeing the smiles they have when they get the car they want! Ron Whiting was able to get me a great deal on the loan interest rate and also some refunds on the unused options that we had not used fully on the Mini we were trading in. More

I normally loathe car shopping but Ryan in sales is so helpful and friendly, he doesnt pressure you to buy and can easily answer all your questions.. He has sold me both my minis. Courtney in the service department is efficient and reviews any service you need in detail. I get followup texts after every service to make sure I'm satisfied with my experience, which is really nice. My mini cooper is the first car I've really enjoyed driving so I feel fortunate that going to the dealership is pleasant and friendly. The dealership is about an hour from my house but it's worth the drive because I know I will be treated well and get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. More
