Originally from Asheville, NC, I grew up around cars, motorcycles, and classic British cars. As my mom used to say, I've never met a stranger so I get along with everyone. I offer my guests a low pressure, educational and fun experience along with great customer service both during and after the sale. I enjoy helping people,and love seeing the smiles they have when they get the car they want! This is my fourth MINI Countryman. My second from This is my fourth MINI Countryman. My second from Ferman MINI and Manalo Santos. This is the first time I actually had to order ahead of time. This is my fourth MINI Countryman. My second from Ferman MINI and Manalo Santos. This is the first time I actually had to order ahead of time. Santos and Ryan made sure I would get it near or shortly after my lease was over. I flew back from Southwestern Kentucky a few days after is arrived I drove 919 miles back for it's initial break in drive. With all the new features and getting back in All Wheel Drive I'm very pleased that I did not lease this one. Thank you to the entire Ferman Automotive Staff. We are always greeted with a smile and a handshake. Next up my Wife's BMW X1 lease is over in December. I am very confident that Mary and Alan will take care of her. More
