In general, a very good experience. My rating would be higher but for two issues: the 3-yr-old CPO vehicle was missing its owners manual (minor), and the tires were represented as non-o My rating would be higher but for two issues: the 3-yr-old CPO vehicle was missing its owners manual (minor), and the tires were represented as non-original with 40-60% life remaining, but they are in fact originals with maybe 30% left (more important). Poor communication on issue with vehicle, I understand its a used vehicle but the issue was easily noticeable after we left the lot. Vehicle could have been cleaned better also and scratches fixed on inte its a used vehicle but the issue was easily noticeable after we left the lot. The communication with service is so much to be desired as far as how long things take when you need your vehicle and it was communicated to the service department that you need your vehicle they’re workin as far as how long things take when you need your vehicle and it was communicated to the service department that you need your vehicle they’re working on something else from the day before you drop your vehicle off at 7:30 in the morning and get a call at 12:30 in the afternoon saying they need your vehicle another day that should have been communicated the day before knowing that they’re working on another vehicle for a long time and wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle done that same day customers lose out on a days pay of work for no reason but communication More

Purchase a SUV, change my mind about the warranty in five days. Had to wait 30 days to be applied. Would have been easier to update the contract. The MANAGER wouldn't do it.
