I feel that they never listened to my issues. Took my vehicle in 4 times to resolve the same issue. Each time I picked it up, the check engine light goes off on my drive back home/work. They say they are going to call back in 15 minutes and then never call back. My car is STILL not fixed and I have been extremely stressed from this entire situation. Terrible experience. I would never buy from Lake Ford again just due to the service department. More
