My name is Ryan Kennedy, Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. I began in the automotive industry in July of 2006 here at Germain. I have held the positions of car porter, oil change expert and technician. I have worked hard to continually improve and increase my knowledge, so I can advance my position. To provide quality service I feel the two main components are honesty and respect. Being from Columbus I enjoy the downtown area. I’m a graduate of Thomas Worthington and attended Otterbein where I played basketball. I have a daughter Madison and enjoy our time spent together. When away from work I enjoy basketball, poker as well as my family time. If I were to be a superhero it would be my childhood favorite, Batman. My favorite vacation spot is in Nashville, I love the music. While visiting I would love to catch Kenny Chesney singing my favorite “There Goes My Life”. Always keeping my family in mind my favorite Honda is the Odyssey, it’s a good looking family vehicle.

Took my Honda Accord to Germain to be serviced. Since I dropped my car off the night before - did not get to meet Ryan Kennedy, but Ryan did call me the next day to let me know what was done and that my ca dropped my car off the night before - did not get to meet Ryan Kennedy, but Ryan did call me the next day to let me know what was done and that my car was ready to be picked up. Ryan was very professional on the call, was able to answer any questions I had, felt very comfortable having Ryan work on my car - hopefully will get him again the next time I have my car serviced. Ryan Kennedy kindly assisted me with my service appointment for our Honda Civic on Monday morning, October 26, 2020. He explained what would be serviced and asked if there were any current problems appointment for our Honda Civic on Monday morning, October 26, 2020. He explained what would be serviced and asked if there were any current problems with our car. Although, it was not a problem, I mentioned that the windshield wiper fluid was low. He said it would be filled and made a note to have the fluid level checked and filled. Ryan directed me to the lounge and told me when to expect our car’s service to be completed. When that time came, Ryan came into the lounge to let me know that our car was ready and waiting for me. The windshield wiper fluid was not only filled but also new windshield wipers had been installed on our car. Thank you, Ryan, for your follow-through and your professionalism.
