He was born and raised in the Fond du Lac area but also lived in Naples, Florida for just over a decade! While there, he worked for the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company where he mastered the art of true customer service. He is happily married and has two beautiful daughters that he spends as much time with as possible. In his free time he loves to golf and fish every chance he gets.

We did initially inform you that we do not accept out of state checks for vehicle purchases and upon your arrival, apologized that you made the trip without the other payment options available to you. Your feedback and remarks were not dismissed and were included in communication to our teams to ensure all our staff are on the same page for out of state payment options. Unfortunately, we were not able to come to an agreement with you on the final pricing of the vehicle, but we were grateful you considered us. In the future, we will ensure our policy on out of state checks is communicated clearly to any potential guests and other payment options listed to avoid any confusion. Angela, we certainly understand your frustration with the Ram you purchased from us just over 1 year ago and feel badly that we weren’t able to help more. However, the reduction in price we did offer you was the equivalent of a reduction in price an employee would have received. We always take a great deal of pride in making sure the vehicles we sell are mechanically safe and reliable when they leave our lot. We couldn’t have seen the engine failure happening, which is why we always offer extended service plans on pre-owned vehicles. If you purchased the extended plan like we suggested, this whole thing would’ve been avoided. If you recall when we offered the discount and free alternate transportation, you were very excited and agreed that the deal was fair, and you even thanked us several times for being so willing to work with you. We're unsure what changed on your end, but you certainly can’t say we didn’t try and work with you during this unpredictable unfortunate time. If there's anything we can continue to do please let us know as we're always willing to come to a conclusion with any customer of ours.
