While there, he worked for the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company where he mastered the art of true customer service. He is happily married and has two beautiful daughters that he spends as much time with as possible. In his free time he loves to golf and fish every chance he gets.

This was by far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. The customer service at Summit is absolute next level! We worked with Ryan, one of the managers and our sales guy, Chris. We test drove a Durango, decided we liked it but the one we wanted was still in transit. We were in a lease in our current vehicle so it had to be sold back to a Chevy dealership, so later that day we sold it to a dealership in Oshkosh. Ryan then sent someone to come pick us up from the dealership and bring us back to our house in Waupun! Then the next week, we were borrowing my parents vehicle and the Durango came in, however we didn’t get into it as soon as we hoped. They then sent people to our house to drop off a loaner vehicle until we could come pick it up! They actually care about their customers, which is not all that common anymore nowadays. They are so personable and make you feel so welcomed and answer any questions you might have. Summit is the only place we will be doing business from now on! More

We purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram with 93,000 miles on 1/5/2022. We were told from our sales person Marty that the vehicle was in good condition and always kept up do to it being a leased vehicle. He also 1/5/2022. We were told from our sales person Marty that the vehicle was in good condition and always kept up do to it being a leased vehicle. He also advised us Summit Auto had an upstanding name and would work with us if anything went wrong with the vehicle. We provided Summit Automotive with a $26,000 check to purchase the Dodge Ram. On 1/22/23 the engine went completely out and we did not purchase the extended warranty. Summit originally was asking for about 11,200 for a used engine although to help us out they said they would drop the price to $10,000. In addition they would be more then happy to give us 7,000 for the truck as a trade in. Really, thanks for nothing! The vehicle also had several issues prior to them selling it to us that they did not disclose. The vehicle now has 106,000 miles and is valued at $19,000. In addition none of the repairs were mentioned to us on the car fax they provided to us. We didn’t expect them to fix this for free but they definitely could have came down more on there labor charge of $190.00 per hour. I’m sure Marty or sales person got a nice commission check. More
