He was born and raised in the Fond du Lac area but also lived in Naples, Florida for just over a decade! While there, he worked for the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company where he mastered the art of true customer service. He is happily married and has two beautiful daughters that he spends as much time with as possible. In his free time he loves to golf and fish every chance he gets.

Extremely pleased with our purchase of a 2010 Challenger SRT8. Sean Smith was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. After seeing the pics on-line, Sean walked around the vehicle while I was o SRT8. Sean Smith was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. After seeing the pics on-line, Sean walked around the vehicle while I was on the phone to comment on everything from the tires to the condition of the interior. Sean even took additional pics of a small blemish to ensure that I knew what I was getting, since we live 4 hours away. When we showed up to inspect the vehicle, it was everything Sean said it was. Additional xxxxxxto Brock, Kraig, Matt, Ryan and Tim for just being all around great guys during our purchase. We would highly recommend Sean and everyone else at Summit if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle! More

Great service and good prices. The one issue I have is upon delivery of the vehicle it only came with one key. I called the salesman who stated that was the only key. It was explained to him, one would a upon delivery of the vehicle it only came with one key. I called the salesman who stated that was the only key. It was explained to him, one would assume the vehicle comes with two keys. Even when trading in a vehicle, one of the questions the dealership asks if your trade comes with two keys as there is a reduction in their trade-in offer if there is only one. The salesman stated he thought the vehicle would come with two keys also and will see what he can do. I got an email from him about a week later asking if there is anything he can do to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and receive a 5 star rating. I wrote back to him regarding the spare key as he stated he was going to see what he can do and I asked what was the status. Never heard anything back. Update, I was contacted by the dealership apologizing for the delay regarding the extra key. They are going good for it and shipping it out ASAP. Thanks for the great customer service. More
