He was born and raised in the Fond du Lac area but also lived in Naples, Florida for just over a decade! While there, he worked for the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company where he mastered the art of true customer service. He is happily married and has two beautiful daughters that he spends as much time with as possible. In his free time he loves to golf and fish every chance he gets.

It doesn't rest well with me that I had to pay a "Thousand dollars" over sticker. I understand that some dealerships are doing this and I know first hand that others are not. Fantastic team! Ryan, Lori, Charlotte, and Marty were all rock stars on locking me down a great truck with a great price and going the extra mile to secure a great deal on added accessories needed for towing rock stars on locking me down a great truck with a great price and going the extra mile to secure a great deal on added accessories needed for towing. The only thing to be aware of is, this dealership is extremely busy and you can tell they use an email/text response system. There were several times when I would send more or less a long-winded email or text for questions, then get a very dry-like response. So be patient with them! They are worth the wait for amazing service. Personal email, calling, and or face-to-face interactions are best! Only ask for Marty! He was the best sales professional I worked with in years. I can't vouch for any other sales guys as I either didn't work with them or they didn't solve our needs but if you want a great experience. Go through and make an appointment with Marty! Char was a gem to work with! She answered ALL my questions when it came to financing, the history of the truck, and extended warranties. Definitely buy a Zurich extended warranty through her because she knows her stuff and will make sure she gets you into the right plan for your needs. Lori and Ryan went so far above and beyond to make sure we got upgraded Airlift airbags, compressor, and backup cargo cam installed at an amazing price and timeline. Even John, the gentleman that personally delivered my truck was super nice and awesome to work with. Everyone I named and gave a 5-star review knows how to put customer service and people first! More
