Had my pickup in twice as the light comes on to service the charging unit now . They have not found the source of the problem. The battery dies if I don't drive it for a few days. The staff in service and in parts went above and beyond my expectations in performing the needed tasks on my F-150. I had mistakenly showed up a week early for an appointment to get some recall work done. my expectations in performing the needed tasks on my F-150. I had mistakenly showed up a week early for an appointment to get some recall work done. They worked me into their already full schedule to accommodate me even though it was my mistake. The parts man also helped me from start to finish in getting an additional key cut and programmed for my truck. I am not only a happy customer, I’m amazed at their service. More

Weird first impression with the service guy who greeted me. I have never been to your service shop before and didn’t know where to go. I had an appointment for 8:15AM. So I got in line. The guy who came ou me. I have never been to your service shop before and didn’t know where to go. I had an appointment for 8:15AM. So I got in line. The guy who came out told me it was going to be a 2 hour wait. He was slightly annoyed to begin with. He told me he had to repark my van. He tore through the parking lot super fast having no regard for the equipment inside my work van. Apparently I was in the oil change line, I thought it was just the line for your services. Didn’t know there were separate lines. He came back wanting to do paperwork which confused me because I had done that before hand when I made the appointment. I told him I had an appointment, he became extremely embarrassed but still wanted to make the problem about me. Just a weird experience. Not sure why he didn’t just ask me what I needed or how he could help me. He could have avoided all the unnecessary confusion. Wasn’t sure if I was going to complain or not. But I think he needs to know that he needs to be more careful with peoples stuff. And to just ask questions before getting annoyed with people. More
