Where do I start!? Those who came to pickup were personable and friendly. Ryan (mechanic) called me more than once to ensure he understood my concerns and gave honest/helpful feedback on them along personable and friendly. He also called at the end of my vehicle service to ensure I understand all the findings and to let me know my vehicle would be dropped off shortly! Whomever dropped off was very personable by phone (couldn’t get out to meet them) and ensured I knew my door code before locking my keys in it (I asked that be done). I was a tad panicked when I didn’t see my vehicle outside my building, but a short walk to through the property and there it was! All was immediately forgiven and all gratitude from me when I saw the floors/seats had been vacuumed AND someone had found my missing garage fob!!! That had disappeared about a month ago and I’ve been panicking over since! I can honestly say, I’ve NEVER been THIS happy with service from a dealership! Thank you X infinity^infinity power! More
