When I am made an appointment for my car I went had to wait over 2 weeks and yet the day or two before my appointment I was contacted and told that I got a hold of the wrong department I got a hold of for wait over 2 weeks and yet the day or two before my appointment I was contacted and told that I got a hold of the wrong department I got a hold of forward instead of GMC which which means I had to reschedule my whole appointment at the other location and I told him I would have been nice to know before 2 weeks went by and also I kept the appointment at Luther Ford I thought at least I would get an oil change so my point was at 7:15 and yet I had to wait until after 8:00 when they said the workers would come why make an appointment at 7:15 if your workers don't start until 8:00 so I needlessly sat there for 45 minutes or more waiting before my car ever got brought in I thought that was not right. Other people come in after me and yet got their car serviced before I did even though I had made an appointment More

My appointment was at 8:00 and I asked to wait for the service to be done while I waited. An estimated time of under one hour was told and it was under one hour. BCM had to be reprogrammed. Took much longer than was stated. Now found new problems from reprogramming.
