These guys made buying my 2020 Sportage Lx, the first brand new car I've ever purchased, stress free! Their customer service is genuine, you're family as soon as you walk through the door. From the moment Jimmie heard I needed a car immediately or I'd miss a third shift of my week-old job, he wanted to help. He asked what type of car I was looking for, even the color.. then he led me to the car that had everything I'd listed ..and loaned it to me until he could find me the perfect car. I fell in love with the car before I made it to work, and I leased it the very next day! Ryan made sure my car had every possible protection, and offered me his assistance if required when he learned I had a headache, offered me ibuprofen and even made me a perfect cup of coffee, explained all of the features and thanked me with a photo OP, welcoming me home to the Columbia Ford family!! Jake talked me through all the numbers and made them seem far less intimidating with his down to earth humor and outgoing nature. Sooo much more than just a new car, I made friends for life .
