We were planning on looking at other Ford models and an ad came up on Facebook for Columbia Ford/Kia. This prompted me to suggest trying there first. We immediately noticed that the decor at the dealership was impressive, the place was clean and they seemed to have a large inventory. The receptionist found salesman Ryan Mcleod to help us. We made it clear that we were there to look at leasing and money was tight. Ryan and Henry, the sales manager, were extremely responsive to what we were looking for and even more so on working with us on price and trade in. We ultimately decided on the Kia Sorento SUV and couldn’t be happier. We will refer others and we will be back for future purchased for sure! More

We were not in the market for a new vehicle, but Ryan McLeod contacted us about putting us on a 2019 KIA Sorento for about the same payment amount we were making on our 2015 model. We got in touch with him, and it turned out just like he said! Now I'm driving a brand new 2019 KIA Sorento with a lower payment! Very happy. More

Best Dealership on this Planet! I selected and purchased the wrong car for me and decided to trade it in for one that would better meet my needs and wants. Ryan McLeod is a wonderful I selected and purchased the wrong car for me and decided to trade it in for one that would better meet my needs and wants. Ryan McLeod is a wonderful, friendly, extremely helpful and hardworking person who spent an enormous amount of his time helping me find the right car--getting multiple cars ready and test driving them with me multiple times or letting me test drive for longer periods by myself, explaining how new technology/new buttons work, listening to the list of things I most wanted and helping me find cars that had the maximum number of these items and were within my budget. Henry Gregoire and Jake Gurzler spent a great deal of their time doing their best to help me get the best possible deal so that I paid the least possible price for my mistake--which had been totally my fault. I cannot thank them each enough as because of their help, I have ended up with a car that is absolutely the right one for me. I love it! I absolutely love Columbia Ford and the exceptional service everyone there provides. I have been an extremely happy customer of theirs for over 20 years, both sales and service, and will continue to be for as long as I own a car. More
