In today's market our delivery took "awhile". Mark was always straight forward providing updates. Pick up the new car day arrived - Mark had a good process - gave me enough info without overdoing it - made for a good experience. Also want to touch on the finance stop. Sometimes this can be a high pressure deal. I worked with Ryan Munro - he covered all the bases on the various packages - represented them well but didn't over do it. Ryan was also straight forward as we finalized the deal. Would recommend Mark, Ryan & the dealership to anyone in the market for a Subaru. More
