Amazing Customer Service and Great Value Bruce Holmes and the team at Subaru Jacksonville truly know how to make car buying a pleasurable experience! I was extremely reluctant to continue our Bruce Holmes and the team at Subaru Jacksonville truly know how to make car buying a pleasurable experience! I was extremely reluctant to continue our car search after a terrible experience at a nearby dealer. But as soon as we walked in the door, the staff at Jacksonville Subaru made me feel welcome. A salesperson came up to us right away and pulled the car we were interested in to the front so we didnt have to do any searching around the lot. Bruce Holmes was the salesperson assigned to us and he was very helpful with all our questions through the test drive and after. He never made us feel pressured to buy and was very transparent with all the costs. We left with a great preowned car for my husband that we got for a great value. He made it a point to show and explain things that we had not asked about and was able to do so as we compared different vehicles. Ryan was friendly, courteous, professional, and direct while working with us. After the sale, there was a small glitch with android auto which he went above and beyond and out of his way to get it solved for us to our satisfaction.
