I recently purchased my very first Acura from the Dublin Acura dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had previously visited for a test drive, but my most recent visit is when I finali Acura dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had previously visited for a test drive, but my most recent visit is when I finalized my purchase. Leul was my salesperson, and he was exceptional—professional, patient, kind, and truly attentive to my needs and preferences. He was also very responsive and accommodating, which made a huge difference since I had my toddler son with me. I especially appreciated how welcoming he was to my son, offering snacks and water and making us both feel comfortable throughout the process. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. Ryan was also great on the finance side, and together they set a high standard for excellence. I look forward to returning to purchase an MDX and will absolutely request to work with Leul again. I highly recommend this dealership—10/10 experience! More
