I had a wonderful experience at Koons I was not planning on buying a car the day I went into Koon’s Chevrolet. I was just looking. until I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan the salesman. We walked around and he let me look and ask questions. When he learned of my needs he showed my different vehicles and then he showed me the Jeep that I bought. It was no brainer when it was time for me to trade in my car and my husband's car. From the moment we walked into Koons White Marsh, we were taken care of. We were welcomed promptly and the whole purchase process was transparent, quick, and hassle free. With the help of Ryan's experience and added humor to a, at times, stressful decision, we were able to purchase two cars that we were completely satisified with.
