Here I am again. For almost a year I have gotten the run around from this dealer. They sold me a damaged vehicle and refused to fix or make me whole after I laid out money for repairs. After my last review I was contacted by someone named “Haz”. For weeks he strung me along as if Dana Ford was going to make things right. It was another stroke job from the shadiest dealer in NY. Don’t make the mistake I made. Find your car elsewhere. These clowns should not be in business. I will continue to tell anyone who will listen on how Dana ford treats it customers. Don’t judge them on their good reviews…judge them on their bad ones. They don’t make the cars…they sell them. If theater going to take peoples money then they should stand by what they sell. Worst stealership ever!! More
