Ryan was great in his effort to place me in a new truck. Very friendly and knowledgeable and maintained a professional but positive manner through his ordeal with me. Our first effort which began on Saturday did not workout, this was not Ryan's fault in anyway. I just had to do more research about a few items as I wanted to make sure we were heading the right way. Ryan was determined to put in a new truck called Monday and after a brief conversation, each expressing our needs to make a deal. The wife and I headed back to Tom Gill and met with Ryan and after more talk, Ryan got me in a new truck. and I Thank him for his effort. I would be happy to deal with Ryan if I ever need a new truck. Life is great when you can meet a total stranger and in a few hours you have a new friend. Also a big Thank you to Holly Bruesch who started this adventure when the wife was getting a free oil change and Payton Louden as she is very good and helpful at her job. Was a great deal with all folks who work at Tom Gill. More

1. On time and helpful 2. Good pricing and no B.S. fees, I asked them about the two $999 fees (road hazard and Luxcare) they were honest that these were optional, so I opted out. 3. Other employees also helped in sending pictures (thank you Ashley) to verify on the function of the vehicle, such as heated steering wheel. 5. I was able to pickup my vehicle first thing in the morning at 9am, in the garage (thank you Payton). 6. I drove the newly bought truck back to Georgis towing my 3075lb Prius. Everything functions like a new vehicle. Cosmetically, it was 9/10. 7. Finance and paperwork were smooth. They did not charge on the 3% credit card fees, very kind of them. 8. The manager personally came over to make sure everything was okay. He shook my hand and congratulated on the purchase. From the first phone inquiry to handing over the key, this dealership shows why sales is a professional service with a human touch, not the stereotypical snake oil salesman reputation that the industry suffers from. 9. They even have a restaurant and shuttle service. 10. Negative - I was not allow to have an independent mechanic to inspect my used vehicle. This was odd. I have purchased a few used cars and visited over 23 dealerships, they are the first to prohibit an inspection. However, the truck is great condition even with over 150K miles. 11. Adam Grant's book, Give and Take, the principle of kill-the-competition-with-kindness is on full display at this dealership. Tom Gill Chevrolet embodies integrity, high quality service in car maintenance, repairs and exceptional culture. As a business owner, these are the types of mindset and habits that attract the flow of positive energy in a company and in the community. More
