We were a bit reluctant to purchase a vehicle over the internet but unable to find what we were looking for locally. Found the perfect one on Cars.com offered by Gateway in Fargo, North Dakota. I reached out and was amazed how informative and accommodating the dealership was. Everyone I spoke with went the extra mile to be certain all my questions and concerns were addressed. Jon Cole, GM engaged in conversation on multiple occasions as did Ryan Rahr and Ryan McGarry. The vehicle was delivered as promised and is everything I expected it to be. Ryan and Gateway were very accommodating to me with my busy work schedule and let me test drive the vehicle for the day. After returning to the dealership I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing the vehic busy work schedule and let me test drive the vehicle for the day. After returning to the dealership I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle. When I was ready to do the purchase, Ryan answered all my questions and gave me confidence in my purchase. Finance office was a fairly quick smooth process as well. Overall happy with my experience and will more than likely purchase my next vehicle here. More
