As two women car shopping, we expected to not be taken seriously. Our experience with George Pearce at Dorsch Ford Kia in Green Bay, Wisconsin could not have been farther from what we had expected. George made us both feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. He provided options and was very patient. I test drove only two cars. George was prepared to ride around all day with me, but it only took two. George synced up my cell phone for me and showed me how to use the technology the car was equipped with. George was easy to talk to and really broke down the barriers I had up when I walked into the dealership. I'm from the U.P. of Michigan and this dealership is 3 hours from where I live, but I bought a car anyway. The service was outstanding. My mom and I were both treated with care and respect by every person we encountered. I've worked with several sales people at other dealerships and most of them tried to sell me what they wanted to sell me. George sold me what I wanted. We called the number listed for Eaton road and we got some Amy girl. Who then asked which location we needed. Yeah Dorsch spring for separate phone lines for each location... some how Amy convinced us to come in and work with her on getting a new truck. We did go in but had to work with George. He was actually great, not pushy at all. We drove home in a new truck that day. We were treated so great, when my lease is up in March I am going back to work with George. Thanks again George! More

The moment I walked in the door I received a warm welcome from sales consultant Gene Eck who streamlined the whole process and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to buy a car; no pressure at all.
