Horrible service! It was my first time buying a car, I had my license plate but it was expired so they gave me a paper plate and never said anything else. I went to th It was my first time buying a car, I had my license plate but it was expired so they gave me a paper plate and never said anything else. I went to the tag agency to get my registration and they told me they couldn’t do it because it had a hold, since the dealer was suppose to take care of everything and give you your registration at the moment of buying the car. When I went to go get my registration, another employee said it was because they had spelled my name wrong, so I went to the car and saw the temporary registration they had given me with the paper plate… my FULL name was definitely spelled correctly. Mind you this was a month after getting the car, they never called me to tell me they had my registration and on top of that they won’t admit their mistake. Then try to cover it by being dishonest. They don’t communicate all the information you need to know, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They got my wrong social security, they called me to get the right one and ran my credit 10 times! Yes, 10 different financial institutions when we agreed that it will only be 3. This action brought my credit down! When I called the finance manager he said “it wasn’t us, it automatically happens because banks know you’re trying to buy a car” umm WHAT?! yeah okay a bank is going to run my credit without my permission, sure. On top of everything, the finance manager (Ryan Reeves) made me feel so uncomfortable by asking if I had a boyfriend, saying "if you're interested, we can go have a good time, eat something, have fun." I hope this doesn’t happen to any other women that go in to buy a vehicle. Not professional at all! Transparency is very important at a dealership! More
