When I purchased my car I was told I would get free car washes. I tried to utilize that service a few days ago and the customer service was xxxx poor.. my car wasn't even that dirty and I found out that th washes. I tried to utilize that service a few days ago and the customer service was xxxx poor.. my car wasn't even that dirty and I found out that they only do the outside and "dust" that mats. I asked if they could vacuume the stuff in my cup holder for me and they straight up told me no. I get it you don't do full car washes but my car wasn't that dirty and I went back to ask and they just told me flat out no. I live in Plantation and drove to pines for this. I was extremely disappointed and annoyed. My car looked the exact same as when I brought it in. A completely waste of my time More
