First off, I don't usually take the time to write reviews, however writing this one comes with privilege and pleasure. Secondly, this was my wife and I's first internet buying experience. We were ner reviews, however writing this one comes with privilege and pleasure. Secondly, this was my wife and I's first internet buying experience. We were nervous about buying a vehicle 800 miles away, and getting up to do an in-person test drive was not possible. From start to finish the entire crew at Lima was amazing. They addressed our concerns, and made sure our vehicle was exactly as advertised. To say the least, it wasn't as advertised. It was BETTER! Dan went out of his way to make this buying process not only stress-free, but actually enjoyable. There's no wonder that this dealership has been around for 100 years. The next time any of our friends need a vehicle (or if we do), I will happily and quickly recommend they search through Lima's inventory online and see if there's something that fits their needs. More

I want to start by saying we have never used Lima Mall Auto services before. Boy have we been missing out. I sent a message via carfax website and received a prompt call. Ryan was pleasant and set up an appointment for a test drive. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I should have any questions. All staff was welcoming and the dealership had a pleasant atmosphere. Mike was knowledgeable about the cars available on the lot that fit our wish list. He was very informative about the different car models and the pros and cons of each. We felt at ease and was not pressured about a sale. They were kind enough to ready a car for us that they just received off a truck, it was still packaged for transport. All staff was very accommodating so we were able to test drive it. I was impressed that each car is detailed and a computer check is done. We were able to review all that was repaired on the car, which was a tremendous help in making our decision. charles was very helpful with the financing. He was able to find us a fantastic interest rate which is unheard of these days. The dealership is 5 generations owned which says a lot! The owners should be proud of the outstanding staff and family quality of care that they provide. I am beyond pleased with every second of our experience! Almost makes me want to buy another car just to experience it all over again. More
