When I left the car with Bradford, I told him that the tire pressure was @ 50 on all tires, he said it would be corrected. The tire pressure was unchanged when I picked up the vehicle. The team did a great job communicating, and resolved the issues I brought my vehicle in for. The service tech went above and beyond to identify a potential issue, and I find the videos very helpful in understanding the overall state of my truck. I also was provided with a safe and nice loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. The home delivery after service is also appreciated. Overall, I continue to be satisfied with the level of service and care that we receive from Boucher, and will continue to share that sentiment with others. More
