Misleading, shady business practices. I was blatently lied to by my salesman. I was told that the dealership was buying out my car that I was currently leasing from a different manufacture I was blatently lied to by my salesman. I was told that the dealership was buying out my car that I was currently leasing from a different manufacturer. This was must for us to make a deal on a new Kia. When I took delivery of my new Kia,the salesman took my keys to my old car and informed me that Kia would destroy my plates and I was all set with my trade. The very next day, I received a call from my salesman telling me that they Kia did not purchase the car and I need to come down asap and pick up my old car which I had already removed from my insurance policy. Fast forward a day later, my VW that I "traded" in was left in the Danbury VW lot with the keys and my plates in the back seat with the doors unlocked. They didn't even inform the staff at VW. They just parked the car in the lot and left. Now the sales management team ay Danbury Kia are refusing to return my phone calls. This is about as shady as it gets. Kia has a great product, but the staff at Danbury are as slippery as they come. More

AVOID DANBURY KIA USED CARS My Initial Review was positive for Record in January 2019. I bought 2005 Acura RL for my son. Left lot knowing needed cosmetic stuff like door handle My Initial Review was positive for Record in January 2019. I bought 2005 Acura RL for my son. Left lot knowing needed cosmetic stuff like door handle and bumper not secured well. Within 4 days and less 160 miles the Radiator was defective (Lucky I pulled over got towed local Acura dealer. Kia than says TOW the car 120 mikes ( live Long Island 120 miles or ferry 54 miles) q ) and will fix it or ship me knockoff radiator. To their credit the bill was $1200 and we agreed on half bill. 2 Months later in Florida we have NO AC. Find out Compressor is bad. $1600 repair Plus $200 fix underneath wheel well damage that they rigged cosmetically. Sal handled the $600 repair.. But after less 60 days no AC in Florida and compressor along side the Radiator... The car was in accident Danbury KIa DID NOT inspect the car or worse sold a damaged car. to a customer.. The dealership hides behind some administrator to shield their Outright Deception... I will now be going to Small Calms Court because I had 4 MHP crash car exploded ( Bad Bumper which never secured properly) The car was totaled.. AVOID THE ENTIRE DANBURY KIA.. Lewis G More

Recommend! I went there just looking for information and ended up leaving with a new vehicle within 4 hours. Working with Jake was a great experience. I give him credit for dealing with my grumpy pregnant self. He was very accommodating. He and Sal helped me get through what I thought was an impossible process. I would recommend them to anyone. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the program. I originally thought I was going to go into a used car due to price , but he put me into a 2019 Forte with zero down which I thought was impossible due to my credit situation. Regardless of what I'm paying , I know I had to bite the bullet and pay more now , so I could eventually pay less in the future. I'm happy to be in a 2019 new Kia. Allowing me to re-establish my credit now, so I'll be able to get a another car from Erik in the future. He went over and beyond along with Sal aka "The Financial Wizard" my overall experience was excellent without any high pressure antics. I would and will recommend Erik at Danbury Kia for a used or new car to anyone who wants to deal with a real low key professional without games. More
