My salesman, Jeffrey Schull, was super nice and really upfront. He took the time to explain everything, and had patience with me even when I asked him to explain something again. We bargained minimally (it's so unpleasant, isn't it?), and when we shook on a deal, he took care of really all the paperwork -- except the stuff I had to do (credit check, etc.). When my car, a stunning midnight blue Passat, was delivered, he spent a good deal of time with me in the car explaining all the gadgets, everything from how to spot the side mirrors' system of warning me not to change lanes when another car was too close, to how to work AppleCar. Nice job, Jeff. Thanks to Angelo Alexiadis (you'll know him by his blue eyes) and Leo Ohayon, too. Sally Morello also helped arrange an interview w/ Jeff. I will be back, as I have for the past 12 years or so. More

I have very limited time and I called the dealership and fortunately had Andrew Kovach as my Sales Representative. I explained to him exactly what I wanted, the time frame that I was working in as well as what I wanted in terms of price range. Andrew was receptive, efficient, thorough and very professional. He delivered on everything and I was in and out in a new leased with no hassle. Highly recommended. I also wanted to thank Sally Morello and Angelo (the manager) for their help as well. More

David, Sally and Leo were professional, courteous, and informative... never pushy. Leo assisted us in donating our clunker so we could simply drive up and switch into our new car. Even after the sale was done and we'd left, David was was quick to help us with questions we had about the car's operation. Great customer service. More

He was terrific!!! There was no pressure involved. He told me my different options and than let me decide. He made it so easy. I set up a date for pickup and on that day my car was sitting there all ready to go. I have leased my car 2x from this Bayside dealership and I will definitely be back a 3rd time. With great Sales people like Leo, how could I not be back. More

Excellent Experience I recently traded in my 2013 Jetta for a 2014 Passat. My experience started with Sally Morello, who contacted me following an internet inquiry. I expl I recently traded in my 2013 Jetta for a 2014 Passat. My experience started with Sally Morello, who contacted me following an internet inquiry. I explained my timeline and she listened. We scheduled an appointment for a trade in appraisal and test drive. My timeline needed adjusting and Sally accommodated. On Saturday, at the dealership, I was introduced to Andrew Kovach, the sales rep I would be working with. During my thorough test drive of the new Passat my Jetta was appraised. Andrew, Angelo and I took about 15 minutes to get me where I needed to be pricewise. Nelson then tagged in and took the credit info (I had pre applied with VW Credit.) The Passat had to be located. It was and was delivered to Bayside on Thursday. Saturday I went in and finished up the paperwork and drive home in my new Passat. One week, start to finish! I would absolutely reccommend Bayside VW. No gimicky sales efforts, no hard after sell from Nelson in F & I. Just a very professional experience from start to finish. Kyle W. More
