This was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Very helpful, no pressure at all, and I did not feel like anyone was trying to upsell or take advantage of us at all. This is my second Mazda purchase at flood. Sam was great. Not pushy or try to hurry us even though he was very busy. He was very attentive to me and my wife and we ended up trading in her cx-3 for a cx-5 car Not pushy or try to hurry us even though he was very busy. He was very attentive to me and my wife and we ended up trading in her cx-3 for a cx-5 carbon edition. We didn’t even go in looking to purchase a vehicle. My wife’s 2017 cx-3 was due for maintenance and we were browsing the dealer while we waited. Definitely would recommend Sam to any of my friends looking to purchase a vehicle and also would definitely recommend Flood Mazda. Best dealer experience we’ve had. More
