I can’t thank Steve Davis my salesman enough in helping with purchasing my new ES350 Lexus.Steve was awesome.Now for Sam in finance it’s a different story.Sam was very unprofessional.He questioned me about paying in cash and not financing.He also questioned me to why did I drive all the way to Texas instead of Mississippi where I live to buy a car from Westside.I told him from the beginning this was my second Lexus purchase from this dealership.He complained almost the entire time of having to count out all the cash from me purchasing my car.Instead he should have been thanking me for returning to that dealership.Sam get your act together or you will cause this dealership to lose business,especially from returning customers.Steve Davis had it not been for your smile,warm heart,pleasant talk and knowledge,I would have walked away and bought my money elsewhere.
