Catalina was so courteous, professional, and such a sweetheart! I was not planning to purchase a vehicle at all but made it happen with only one phone call and less than a 2 hour wait upon my arrival t sweetheart! Our experience with Westside Lexus was one of the best we have ever had. Gonzo was very knowledgeable about the model we purchased and took time to go over the features of the car.
