Great except for the Wait. Had an spot for 9 am but waited until 11. Went on Saturday (didn't know they did not have shuttle service on Sat. Or would have changed appt. that aside, the service was excellent! The waiting area was filled with magazines, TVs and free snacks and beverages, which made for a comfortable but long wait. More

Positive experience buying new Highlander Don and I had a great experience with Sam Edwards when we bought our new Highlander. Sam was thorough in explaining and demonstrating all the feature Don and I had a great experience with Sam Edwards when we bought our new Highlander. Sam was thorough in explaining and demonstrating all the features. He was particularly sensitive to our "technology learning curve challenge" (we're baby boomers) and demonstrated all the features carefully and patiently. We've had the car about a week and we love it! We'll ask for Sam when we're ready to trade again. More
