Failed to pay off trade Worst service I’ve ever had at a dealership. Bought and traded a vehicle on July 7, my trade wasn’t paid off, my loan documents weren’t finalized, the Worst service I’ve ever had at a dealership. Bought and traded a vehicle on July 7, my trade wasn’t paid off, my loan documents weren’t finalized, they lost my title, dropped my credit score, and after visiting there 4 times to straighten things out it ultimately took them until September 29 to pay off the trade and get me everything I needed to actually own the car. Terrible terrible service!! More

Got the car I wanted I knew exactly what car I wanted, but also knew that finding a standard Yaris would not be easy...in this part of the Mid-west. Lori came through for I knew exactly what car I wanted, but also knew that finding a standard Yaris would not be easy...in this part of the Mid-west. Lori came through for us, finding a light colored, 4 doored, standard Yaris some 329 miles away and got it for us in a couple of days time. We appreciated her efforts, and the fact that she didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want. More
