Satisfied customer I was very satisfied with my overall experience in buying a new car at Mark Christopher Chevrolet of Ontario . First, I went through the Costco Auto r I was very satisfied with my overall experience in buying a new car at Mark Christopher Chevrolet of Ontario . First, I went through the Costco Auto referral. After receiving the name of the dealership I received an email from a Mark Christopher representative right away. The next step I contacted the representative and left a message. The representative Bryan Morales, returned my call right away and we discussed what I was shopping for. The next day Bryan and I again were in contact with what I was shopping for and for what price through Costco. I made an appointment after work and met Bryan. Throughout the entire process Bryan was courteous, professional, and honest. No pressure ever was given by his behalf. I found the car I was hoping for and the next step was the paperwork. Usually, that’s the most dreaded part for me in buying a car but it was so easy with Bryan and Sam. I would definitely recommend Mark Christopher dealership and recommend Bryan Morales too. I look forward to driving my new Chevy car!! More

Great service Service was great part took 3 weeks to arrive but that happens sometimes. Sam is great. Vehicle loaner program needs work I drive a 3500 sierra for a reason so getting an suv as a loaner is nice but doesn’t work for me. You need to get full size trucks in your loaner fleet. More

Really bad and disappointing Had an appointment for specific item. Came from 2 hours away and took a day off. Asked in addition to fix my spare key. It took all day without addressing original reason for coming. Lady in office was not helpful. She made the decisions for me without consulting me. Came to pick up the car to find out that it was a waste of a day off as well as my time. Was supposed to get a call today to reschedule and no one called yet. More
