In and out with a new vehicle in under 3.5 hours! I had an excellent experience purchasing a new to me 2016 Toyota Highlander this past weekend. The sales representative Tyler Jacques had communicat I had an excellent experience purchasing a new to me 2016 Toyota Highlander this past weekend. The sales representative Tyler Jacques had communicated with me earlier in the week as I had a couple of questions about the vehicle after viewing it online. We set up a time for me to test drive the vehicle. Tyler even called me the day before to remind me and confirm our appointment. The test drive went great and I was able to come to an agreed upon price with the dealership through Tyler's help pretty quickly. The dealership was willing to listen to me and understand a couple of concerns I had and they were eager to work with me. So many other dealerships focus on the numbers only and you leave with a sense of them not listening to one word you say. I also would like to give a shout out to sales manager Sam Farrar and finance manager Jaime Longway for making the process easy, quick, and extremely seamless. The whole staff at Handy Toyota is great and I will not hesitate to do business there again nor recommend them to all my friends and family. More
