The only thing I was disappointed in is I had an appointment arrived on time. Was told the oil change and recall would take about 2 hours. Usually I get text messages on my phone on estimate when ca appointment arrived on time. Was told the oil change and recall would take about 2 hours. Usually I get text messages on my phone on estimate when car will be ready as it’s with technician . I told Sam I was walking to Rosa’s . About 2 and a half hours later . Phone battery low I walked back and Sam called technician. Sam loaned me a charger and I waited about another 30 minutes at dealership . Sam was real good about explaining what car needed soon. When car was ready and I went to pay the lady had told me she was new when I asked a question earlier. She said computers were down and would have to pay by email. In a harsh tone she said I could not leave dealership till it was paid it was under 100 dollars. I was not sure if I could even get ahold of my husband. I did all ok but that harsh tone rubbed me wrong. It was not my fault computer down. Been a customer since 2018. Just my opinion. This is Julie Falls it’s my car so I am always the one taking it in. John bought it for me that’s why his name on title . Thanks More
