Highly impressed with the customer service of this service department. Kacy was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. Was able to pull up my service history. Gave two suggestions to diagnose service department. Kacy was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. Was able to pull up my service history. Gave two suggestions to diagnose issue. Technician found other issues I was not aware of that I thought my home dealership should have caught since I just had the tires rotated the first part of January this year. Kacy was busy with another client so Mick asked if he could help. Answered all my questions, didn't make me feel like a "dumb" female which I REALLY appreciated. Gave his suggestions and I had my rear brakes replaced. Highly recommend this service center. I only use dealerships for my cars so that I know Toyota parts are used and I trust them. More

The Service Dept installed a new side mirror on my Lexus. I am so glad I did. I brought in a "dinged, scratched, and marked up" door with a dangling side mirror that was knocked off. They did a great job I am so glad I did. I brought in a "dinged, scratched, and marked up" door with a dangling side mirror that was knocked off. They did a great job installing including cleaning up the exterior of the car door. Looked brand new. Thank you. More
