Never have had an efficient service here, they probably just have too many customers to service in Rockwall area. I can’t even think about having them look at warranty issues because they would need my truck for a whole day just to look at it. I’ll try McKinney and or Paris Toyota even though they are much further away from Greenville. More

I was so impressed with their attitudes. I did not feel like an interruption at all. If I lived close, I would consider buying my next car from them. But I live in Colorado. Totally enjoyed my Texas interaction with them. They made what could have been a terrible day a very good one with their attitudes. More
