Things went well and quick. Staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. I do have one concern. But when I told her I have the extra coverage to take care of that, she said I would have to pay for it myself and then get reimbursed. I asked for a written description so I could take care of it later. I never got that info but when I got the regular review of my inspection, it said the windshield was good. My problem (complaint?) is not with her but with Toyota in general that your computers apparently do not sync with others locations. I paid a lot of money for that coverage and now you won't accept it because I moved? More
