I had to have my 2013 Toyota Prius towed to Toyota of Rockwall, because it would not start. Sam met me at the entrance and after discussing the problems I was having with it, he assured me that he would Rockwall, because it would not start. Sam met me at the entrance and after discussing the problems I was having with it, he assured me that he would contact me before the the end of the day with their assessment and the estimate, which he did. (The car needed a new hybrid battery and some regular maintenence work.) I was expecting a huge estimate, because of the battery, but for everything, including the battery, I was quoted less than $3,000. I told him to go ahead and begin the work. He called me the following day and told me the work on the car had been completed, and I could pick it up (which I was pleasantly surprised since the car needed quite a bit of work). I have been very happy with the way the car is running, and I plan to contact Sam the next time I need to take my car in to be fixed. More

Sam was courteous, worked out the shuttle for me while the work was being done. He saw to it that my customer coupon worked as advertised. I see a big improvement in the service department at Toyota of Ro the work was being done. He saw to it that my customer coupon worked as advertised. And I can feel the difference with my new brakes and give me a bit of peace of mind, knowing Toyota parts are used. Sam has helped me on my last 2 visits. Good service both times. Thank you, Sam.
