Poor service, I decided not pay service and wasn't offered any help with the loading of my 5300lbs truck on trailer. I accidentally scratched the neighboring car while trying to push it on the trailer offered any help with the loading of my 5300lbs truck on trailer. Service advisor said two hours two and a half hours later I had to reach out to him for an update. At that point he stated it’s going to be more like 3 hours…. Prices are outrageous. Got recommended housing I had to reach out to him for an update. At that point he stated it’s going to be more like 3 hours…. Prices are outrageous. Got recommended housing for headlights. $900+ for a set? Then advisor makes not my car won’t meet criteria for inspection? Felt more like a trick to make me buy their service. Sam was extremely helpful. The lady at the front was very friendly and even though she was very busy, was out going and responded to all my questions, she did not snob me. Took car in for state inspection and oil change. Found out state inspection machine was down. I scheduled the appointment early enough to get notified that inspection machine was down. Had to find another location for the state inspection. One errand turn into two errands. Not counting wait time at new location for inspection. Would like Toyota to start washing cars again. More
