Service advisor said two hours two and a half hours later I had to reach out to him for an update. At that point he stated it’s going to be more like 3 hours…. Prices are outrageous. Took car in for state inspection and oil change. Found out state inspection machine was down. I scheduled the appointment early enough to get notified that inspection machine was down.
