Sarfaraz and Sam both were extremely helpful and thorough throughout the purchase of this vehicle. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. Sarfaraz went out of his way to make sure that I got the throughout the purchase of this vehicle. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. Sarfaraz went out of his way to make sure that I got the exact car I was looking for, something I greatly appreciated. Also a shout out to Sam who made the financing paperwork feel like a breeze (even had offered snacks while we worked to complete the deal). Both team members were exceptional to work with. My only constructive criticism not reflecting on either of the names mentioned above would be the general organization of the lot inventory. It would be more efficient if the car makes and models were grouped together - the backlot was overcrowded and cars were everywhere making it difficult to locate the vehicle I ended up purchasing.
