Since buying our Subaru we experience mix service experiences. I don't remember the customer service member that we dealt with most of the time, but I think he is the manager of the department now. (I hope still is) Since he is gone from the front desk our experience has been less than great. Sam Willian, was a great hope of better Service. My main complain/observation is that no one should insinuated that an other Subaru Dealer may not know what they are doing or did not do the repair right, I think that is absolutely wrong and unprofessional. I will be more than happy to explain the details of my complain ( which I walked away that day from looking or asking for the manager since I was absolutely upset. Do to the interaction of one of the customer service comments when Sam Williams was taking care of us. I was able to explain my disappointment to Sam, which he seem to be very receptive and I even think he apologize for the experience his co worker created. I don't think this will make any difference but at least writing this may gave me some closure that I made Management aware that one of your team member has no problem talking bad about the Subaru Brand and other dealers with out thinking how his words create less confidence to the over all experience. To be clear, I now feel less confident of the dealer in general than before. More
