Excellent customer service, experienced staff. This was my 1st time at this Ford dealership. I had previously gone to 2 other Ford dealerships. Based on my experience I would rate them a 10 out of This was my 1st time at this Ford dealership. I had previously gone to 2 other Ford dealerships. Based on my experience I would rate them a 10 out of 10. All the information they took down in what was needed was accurate. A message reminder was sent of the upcoming visit. Upon arrival Al in the service department confirmed what the vehicle was in for. All work done was done in a timely manner. The mechanic performed services without leaving any grease or oil on my vehicle. Al went over all the maintenance that was completed as requested including changing air filter & cabin air filters. Al also explained the upcoming maintenance services that would need to be done at 100,00 miles and an estimated cost for an idea of how much it would be. He explained the importance of each maintenance service that would need to be done as well as the order in which to do them if I couldn’t do them all at the same time. Samantha also followed up to see how my experience was which I thought was very nice. Based on the experience I had I would definitely recommend Cortese Ford to family & friends. More
