Fantastic, wonderful, and comfortable experience at Handy Toyota! After looking at a 2019 RAV4 we were coming from New York to purchase. Samantha called me this morning. She drove it around and found it to have an issue or 2. The team at Handy did not feel comfortable selling it after. She let me know they had a 2020 that looked the same and they wanted to make it right before we went over. They certainly did. 2 hours tops in the dealership everything was all set. Dennis sat down with us for finance all very transparent people. Recommended only the things that were necessary and did not try to take us for a ride so to speak. After leaving out that door today I can honestly say for the first time ever we have found our car buying home. When either of us need a new vehicle it’s coming from the team at Handy Toyota! More

These folks will bend over backwards to get you in your dream vehicle and to be quite honest they'll also entertain you the entire time. You truly come in as a customer and leave as family here. I will ALWAYS be buying all my vehicles and doing all my service work at this extremely special little store. There really is not anything else like this place in todays day and age. After my wife had such a great experience with Handy Toyota, it was my turn to get a new vehicle! Since we already had a previous connection with Samantha @ Handy Toyota, I told her ahead of time exact Toyota, it was my turn to get a new vehicle! Since we already had a previous connection with Samantha @ Handy Toyota, I told her ahead of time exactly what model car and color I wanted. My request got fulfilled quicker than what I was expecting and luck of the draw there happened to be some new RAV4s coming in a few weeks after my wife got her car. Once it arrived, Samantha gave me a heads up. We scheduled time to go up on a Saturday afternoon. Samantha was right at the door waiting for us when we arrived - it was amazing! The atmosphere inside Handy Toyota is not tense at all. We felt very relaxed and not pressured by anyone nearby. The vibe is fresh and exciting inside when you look at all the model cars they have in the show room – they had a nice, super clean Yellow Supra that was something I almost got ha-ha. Here it is a Saturday afternoon and they were there for us. To me that means a lot being the weekend as they want to be available for their customers. Handy Toyota gave me a great amount for my trade-in value. They appreciated how I took very good care of my former RAV4 2011. I hand washed and waxed that car for 11 years and took care of all exterior and interior detailing as much as I could. I ended up getting a 2023 RAV4 LE - completely brand new with no scratches, scuffs, or dirty interior from someone else. I enjoy the RAV model very well and this was a great upgrade. I am a raving fan of Dennis and Samantha. They made things so smooth and easy. Everything they explained was clear, concise, and to the point. They were very pleasant and made everything stress free. The financial approval process was great despite a few hiccups, but there some challenges that ended up working out. Dennis’ determination was focused on assuring us that we were in good hands with our purchase. Samantha kept us in great company and wanted the best for us. They were so good to work with us as quickly as possible with minimal down time. They didn’t roast me in the chair and demand/force us to make a deal right away. I was given a tour of the building which I thought was very nice so I know where things are. I find convenient how sales, service, and car rental availability are all in the same building. The Service department is the cleanest Toyota garage I have ever seen. The service staff are nice and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed hearing about the discounts, perks, and extra service I will be getting with my new purchase. You cannot go wrong with the deal. After the deal was done for my new RAV, unfortunately I forgot to take out my garage door opener in the RAV4 when I sold it. I called Samantha was she very helpful to mail this back to me. I appreciate the understanding with how stressful this time can be. I was surprised I forgot this as I don’t normally forget things. THANK YOU Samantha, Dennis, and all the folks at Handy Toyota for the great service, laughs, and getting us into top quality vehicles. I am enjoying my new 2023 RAV4 very much! We will certainly be doing business with Handy Toyota in the future and will be referring Handy Toyota to all that need guidance looking for a new, quality, and don't forget….. a “Handy” vehicle! 😊 More

I have NEVER had an easier car-buying experience. I applied for my auto loan through TFS online, furnished my ID and insurance via email, and just showed up a couple of days later to sign everything. Samantha was personable, enthusiastic and low-key. I am VERY please with the outcome!
