There was no communication on what was wrong with my vehicle. I had an appointment at 9AM on Wednesday to drop it off and the service writer said I would be contacted around lunch time. I was never cont vehicle. I had an appointment at 9AM on Wednesday to drop it off and the service writer said I would be contacted around lunch time. I was never contacted about what they were fixing on my vehicle and the next time I heard from them was on Friday at around 4pm. No explanation as to what they fixed. How much it cost. No information. They just said the car was ready. Even when I dropped off the car the service writer seemed annoyed at any question I had. I will be finding another ford dealership for service. More
