Sales hid markup cost and was not upfront of how much the vehicle cost. Also sales did not know actual cost of ownership and made up numbers that I later found out from the service agents. Turned in my F250 diesel for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter change. Met with Service Advisor Samantha Masuguchi. Samantha was ON TIME, courteous, and answered all of my questions. She had allocated 2- 4 hours for my vehicle to be completed, and it was done sooner than I thought it would be. Samantha even went as far as offering a free car wash before picking it up, as the dealership's car wash had been down, and had been fixed at the time my truck was done. Her timing was impeccable, and the service performed was excellent, with zero issues. Samantha also made sure that my Ford rewards points were added to my account. Great Service Advisor! I highly recommend dealing with her, and Gosch Ford Temecula! More
