Great customer service! Taking my vehicle to Ford was such a smooth process from beginning to end. When i pulled in the service drive i was greeted immediately. The team at Gosch Ford is great! I had a factory mishap while driving off the lot in my brand new Lariat and they were efficient at fixing the issue. Samantha Masuguchi is fantastic! With phone apps and QR codes for everything from Dr. visits to ordering dinner it's no surprise old school customer service is no longer a priority f With phone apps and QR codes for everything from Dr. visits to ordering dinner it's no surprise old school customer service is no longer a priority for many companies. I was stoked to have been paired with Samantha during my last visit to Gosh Ford. Car problems can be stressful (one notch below having to go to the DMV). Samantha's ability to be proactive and communicate openly was refreshing. She is a real outlier and a true asset to the Gosch Ford team. More

Had an extensive engine warranty repair done. I was pretty apprehensive to have the dealer tear our engine apart to replace this water pump. Kenn communicated very well to us, and even though th I was pretty apprehensive to have the dealer tear our engine apart to replace this water pump. Kenn communicated very well to us, and even though the repair took longer than expected, everything was handled well. Samantha was always quick to help if Kenn was away from his desk. Engine bay was pretty clean afterward, looks like good care taken. I would recommend being a bit more careful of black cars and draping pads over the fender; I have some new scratches that'll I'll have to buff out. But overall, a great experience. More
