The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Rachel is especially helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Our only dissatisfaction was the cost of the headlights and the lack of recall by Cadillac Rachel is especially helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Our only dissatisfaction was the cost of the headlights and the lack of recall by Cadillac for defective parts. We saw many online comments about moisture in the seals causing failure of the light system. Please let us know how we can be reimbursed in part for having to incur this cost. More
